The oil refining machine unit is for intermittent refining,it has all functions as large and medium scale oil refining machine 

Equipment profile:

It has its heat source, electrical control,with features of light weight and electricity saving. Only turning on power andconnecting water, prepare little coal or firewood, caustic soda, phosphoric acid,bleaching clay and other materials, the equipment can be operated. Without special workshop and special base, no matter it's outdoor or indoor, it can be operated easily. 

Principle flow:

Crude oil→ Alkali refining ,deacidification→Water washing →Decoloring → Deodorization → Finished oil.

Introduction of main devices:

Neutralization pot: For acid refining, alkali refining and water washing. 

Decolorization pot: Bleach oil and remove pigment from oil

Deodorization pot: Remove odor from oil(Made of stainless steel).

Heat conduction oil furnace: Provide heat energy for production,the temperature can reach 280°C.

Vacuum pump: Provide vacuum degree for decolorization and deodorization,up to above 755mgHg. 

Air compressor: Dry decolorization bleaching clay. 

Filter press: Filter bleaching clay.

Steam generator: Provide steam for deodorization & distillation

Main features:

Simple operation,saving investment,suitable for oil whose processing capacity is below 10T/D,such as soybean oil,peanut oil,cottonseed oil, rapeseed oil,sunflower oil,etc.
