Structure and principle:
(1). The equipment is made by two rolls,two even spiral accesses are formed. Two kinds of heat-tranferring medium can be a fine counter-current flow,which increases heat exchanger effect. Even temperature difference of two media is small, ideal heat exchanger effect can be established.
(2).Adapter tube structure on the shelf is tangential, samll local resistance, the curvature of the spiral access is even, so flow direction that liquid flows in the equipment hasn’t big change,total resistance lowers,thus designed flow speed is improve,and heat exchanger effect is improved.
